Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first at mystichubllc@gmail.com so we can send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Lifetime guarantee

Every Remuda suitcase is covered for its lifetime against failure of its functional parts: wheels, handles, locks and frame. If one of them stops working in normal use, email us your order number and a photo and we'll repair or replace it. The guarantee doesn't cover cosmetic wear such as dents, scratches and scuffs, or damage caused by airlines, accidents or misuse.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to appear.
