Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses yet.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is always free, on every order. If a faster option is offered at checkout, its price is shown there before you pay.

Processing and delivery

We aim to ship orders within 3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your order, or it arrived damaged, email mystichubllc@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll help make it right.
